How to find us at Nelson Heights

Nelson Heights Bed and Breakfast Timaru is only one block off State Highway 1 the main route through Timaru, and indeed the South Island of New Zealand.

If you are arriving from North of Timaru, follow the main road that leads you into Timaru. As you near Caroline Bay (or the third set of lights) the road splits into two lanes. Position yourself in the right hand lane so that you can turn right at the Wai-iti Rd lights and intersection. When you have successfully turned onto Wai-iti Rd, take the next left onto Albert St and the first right into Nelson Terrace. You will see our B&B on your left. Pull up the driveway and come on in.

For those arriving from the south, folow the main road into Timaru and well through until you see a large Shell Service station on your left and the road splits into two lanes. Position yourself in the left hand lane and look for the next turn left as you go down the hill. This takes you onto Wai-iti Rd, whereupon you take the next left onto Albert St and the first right into Nelson Terrace. You will see our B&B on your left. Pull up the driveway and come on in.
